Who We Are &
Why We're Here

We are the concerned unit owners of the Warren House — a community that believes that governance must be transparent, lawful, and accountable to the people it serves.

This website was created by a group of Warren House owners who have serious concerns about the actions of the current condominium board and management company regarding a proposed building reskin project estimated at $32 million.

Our goal is simple: to inform fellow owners, unite our voices, and demand that the board comply with our governing bylaws before proceeding with any major assessment.

Our Mission

To ensure that all major financial decisions at Warren House are made with proper owner approval, transparency, and due process — as required by our condominium bylaws.

Our Demands

Suspension of the Reskin Assessment, a formal owner vote, an independent engineering review, and immediate board reelection to restore trust and confidence in our governance.

Statement to the
Warren House Board

Dear Warren House Board,

We, the undersigned unit owners, write to formally object to the imposed Reskin Project and demand immediate corrective action by the Board.

1

Breach of Condominium Bylaws (Section 5:3)

The imposition of the Reskin Assessment without a vote of the unit owners violates Section 5:3 of the Condominium Bylaws. This section requires owner approval for assessments of this nature. Proceeding without such approval exceeds the Board's authority and undermines our governing framework.

2

Demand to Suspend the Reskin Assessment

We demand that the Board immediately suspend the Reskin Assessment estimated to be at $32 million as of 2026, but this amount may increase in the future, and cease all collection efforts until the matter is put to a formal vote in accordance with the bylaws.

3

Request for Owner Vote

We request that the Board promptly schedule a meeting to present the proposed Reskin project in full detail and conduct a formal owner vote.

4

Request for Independent Engineering Evaluation

Given the financial impact of this project, we request that an independent, unaffiliated engineering firm be retained to provide a second opinion on the building's condition. These findings must be shared with all unit owners prior to any vote.

5

Concerns Regarding Governance and Good Faith

The Board's actions raise concerns regarding fiduciary duties, specifically the potential misclassification of the project and undisclosed conflicts of interest. These issues have resulted in a significant loss of trust among owners.

6

Request for Immediate Board Reelection

To restore confidence in our governance, we request that the Board facilitate a fair and transparent reelection process immediately.

7

Disclosure of Funds

We request immediate disclosure regarding how collected assessments have been managed to ensure these funds are preserved and not relocated for other purposes without owner approval.

We urge the Board to act responsibly, comply with our governing documents, and restore transparency to our community. We reserve all rights and remedies available to us under the bylaws and applicable law. Warren House Owners Warrenhouseowners155@gmail.com
